Mobile Injury Specific Session 

I deliver focused treatment wherever you are—helping you address dysfunctions and get back to performing at your best. Travel within 15 minutes of Boulder is free. If you’re 15–30 minutes away, there’s a $20 travel fee. If you’re more than 30 minutes away, the travel fee is $40.

Step 1
Identify the Issue: Your Injury Specific Session begins with a functional movement assessment. This allows me to identify any limitations, compensations, or areas of tension and uncover underlying patterns contributing to your pain or dysfunction. Using manual muscle testing, I pinpoint the underlying patterns contributing to these imbalances.

Step 2 
Address the Problem: Based on the assessment, I use NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT) alongside my full skillset—including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, PNF, and craniosacral techniques—to guide your body through corrective strategies that restore better movement patterns and reduce tension. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Step 3
Create Long-Lasting Change: I will recommend simple, targeted exercises to retrain your neuromuscular system , helping you break free from painful movement patterns and support long-term, sustainable progress. Our session lay the groundwork, but this work is a partnership, and your daily commitment to using the tools provided is what helps your body truly shift. 

60 minutes — $115
Assessment, corrective strategies, and targeted hands-on work for the most important areas. Great for pinpointing issues and learning how to address them.

90 minutes — $150 
Everything in the 60-minute session, with extra time for deeper hands-on work. Ideal for more persistent or complex issues needing thorough attention.

We start by discussing how your body feels and where tension or tightness is present. This helps me focus the session on what will benefit you most that day. 

Step 2
Full-Body Massage & Release: I provide a full-body massage, using the techniques that best support your body in the moment—myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, PNF, and craniosacral techniques. The focus is on relieving tension, improving circulation, and helping you move more easily. The session is fully customized to your comfort and needs. 

Step 3
Maintain & Prevent:
Recovery Sports Massage helps you stay ahead of soreness and minor aches, supports faster recovery, and keeps your body moving comfortably and efficiently. I’ll share simple strategies to help you maintain progress between sessions so you can keep doing the things you love without setbacks.

60 minutes — $95
Full-body maintenance to keep everything moving well. Less time for deep focus on specific areas, but perfect for overall balance.

90 minutes — $135 (Recommended)
Full-body work with extra time to address tight or overworked areas more thoroughly. Ideal if you’re training hard or want a more complete reset.

Virtual Movement Support

Step 1
Check In:
We begin by moving through simple, guided movement patterns so you and I can observe how your body moves. This helps highlight areas that feel tight, tense, or challenging and allows us to notice patterns that may be influencing your comfort or mobility.

Step 2
Suggested Strategies: Based on what we notice together, I offer movement suggestions and neural exercises inspired by Kathy Dooley’s approach. These are designed to help your body move smoothly, support better balance, and ease areas of tension.

Step 3
Long-term Change:
At the end of the session, I offer personalized strategies and recommended exercises you can try at home. This is intended to support long-term improvements in tension, mobility, and ease of movement. Your consistent practice of these recommendations is what helps your body make meaningful progress over time.

A full assessment with targeted guidance and a personalized plan—perfect for addressing key areas of tension or recurring pain.

90 minutes — $135
A comprehensive session for multiple areas or more complex movement patterns, with a detailed plan to support lasting change.
