About

Experience, Education, and a Commitment to You

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every body is different, and so is every path to relief or improved performance. Our work together will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals—whether you’re navigating persistent pain, recovering from injury, or looking to move more efficiently and perform at your best.

With nearly five years of experience and hundreds of hours of advanced education, I’ve learned that meaningful progress starts with truly understanding you and your body. That belief drives everything I do—and it’s why I’ve trained across a wide range of modalities, such as Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, Craniosacral, MMT, Immaculate Dissection Anatomy and Movement, Myofascial Therapy, and NKT.

I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and am committed to continually deepening my knowledge and refining my skills—because you deserve care that’s thoughtful, effective, and fit for your needs. My dedication to being able to provide the care and attention you need shapes everything I do.

Whether you’re working through pain, building strength, or striving for better performance, my goal is to always help support your goals to the best of my ability.

My Story

Let’s be real: Life can be tough on the body. Whether it’s dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply navigating the wear and tear that comes from everyday life, it’s easy to feel like you’re stuck in a cycle. I understand how incredibly frustrating it is to feel like you can’t do the things you love or to have pain become a constant part of your day-to-day life. But I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone.

Hi, I’m Peyton, and I’m here to help you move through life with more ease, less discomfort, and a whole lot more freedom. My journey into bodywork began with my own struggles with injuries. Growing up, I found that traditional bodywork often didn’t provide the lasting relief or change I was seeking. This led me to realize the importance of finding an approach that truly works for the individual and goes beyond just managing symptoms.

My love for bodywork comes from a deep passion for connecting with others. As a kid, I found so much joy in helping my family and friends through bodywork. It meant a lot to me to give back to them and witness the shift in the way they were able to move through their day, and the joy that came with that. As someone who’s found healing and joy in outdoor communities—especially through running—I’m truly passionate about helping others move freely, feel strong, and get back to doing what they love. I’m here to help you find relief so you can move without pain, rediscover your strength, and fully embrace your life.

My approach to therapy is all about getting to the root causes of your pain and helping you heal in a way that lasts. I’m not here to just help you relax (although that can happen too!) – my goal is to help you feel better, stronger, and more capable in your body, so you can get back to your life and the things you love, without the pain holding you back. That’s why I focus on rehabilitation and performance, combining a deep understanding of the body’s function with a compassionate, individualized approach to treatment. I treat you as a whole person, focusing on how your body functions and moves, and create a customized approach that’s just for you.

In the past, I worked primarily with hands-on techniques. Over time, I’ve found the biggest and most lasting changes come from movement-based corrective work—exercises that retrain dysfunctional patterns and help the body move more efficiently. That’s why I now include both in-person and remote sessions, so more people can access this work and experience meaningful, lasting change, no matter where they are.

It’s not just about the session – it’s about supporting you throughout your entire journey. After each treatment, I’ll check in to ensure things are going smoothly, and I encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns. If cost or scheduling ever feels like a barrier, please know that I’m more than happy to work with you to find a solution that feels comfortable. I want you to have the care you deserve, and I am here to support you each step of the way.

If you’re ready to take the next step in feeling better, I’d love to work with you. Together, we’ll focus on what’s going on with your body, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and ready to take on the world again.

Let’s connect and see how we can work together to make your body feel its best!
