NeuroKinetic Therapy in Boulder, Co
Developed by David Weinstock in 1985, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) is a unique approach that helps identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns by retraining the way the brain communicates with muscles.
Unlike treatments that only adjust joints, strengthen weak muscles, or release tight tissue—NKT targets the root cause of pain by assessing and resetting these movement patterns.
Using manual muscle testing, NKT reveals how the body compensates for injuries, postural stress, or repetitive movements. These compensations create imbalances that lead to pain and limited mobility. By pinpointing and correcting these patterns, NKT helps restore proper function, improve movement, and provide lasting relief.
But the real magic happens after you leave the treatment room. My job is to give you the map, but it’s your commitment to using those tools that creates real, lasting change.

Hi, I’m Peyton!
Here to help you feel your best.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in an environment where you feel supported, listened to, and respected. I take a whole-body approach to treatment, using techniques like NKT to identify and address the root causes of pain by correcting dysfunctional movement patterns.
I found NKT after years of dealing with injury cycles as an athlete. It helped me finally move past patterns that had held me back for so long. While training for my first Ironman, NKT resolved issues in just days—issues that had previously required weeks to months off, and left other practitioners unsure of how to help. Thanks to NKT, I was able to train consistently, something that once seemed impossible. It’s been a game-changer in my life, and I’ve seen it do the same for so many of my patients—helping them move better, feel stronger, and keep doing what they love.
Every session is personalized, and my goal is always to give you the tools and support you need to create lasting change in your body—long after our work together.

I am a 58-year-old mother of 5. Like most everyone else, I have old and new injuries and poor muscle patterns. At first, I was skeptical of this unique and subtle technique, compared to other body work and therapy I have experienced. After working with Peyton, I was given hope for the future longevity of my ability to run, to swim and to enjoy a very active lifestyle as the years keep coming.

Relief in 1 – 2 – 3

Step 1
Identify the Issue
Your one-hour session begins with a functional movement assessment to analyze how your body moves and identify any limitations, compensations, or areas of tension. Using manual muscle testing, I pinpoint the underlying patterns contributing to these imbalances.

Step 2
Address the Problem
Based on the assessment, I apply my unique skillset to guide your body through corrective strategies that restore optimal movement patterns. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Step 3
Create Long-Term Change
I will recommend simple, targeted exercises to retrain your neuromuscular system, helping you break free from painful movement patterns and support long-term, sustainable progress. Our sessions lay the groundwork, but this work is a partnership, and your daily commitment to using the tools provided is what helps your body truly shift.

Peyton is a phenomenal healer. Each session I’ve had with them they have listened intently, put me at ease, and made me feel good as new. They are truly able to work magic with their extraordinary understanding of the human body and their kind and nurturing energy. I cannot recommend Peyton enough!
